There was a time when all I experienced was extreme exhaustion from leading my team!

The truth is, I use to go through the motions of the meetings, client work and the overloaded inbox. At the time I was running the HR operations (UK and Hong Kong division) for a European technology company and being accountable for 60+ employees was team too much!
