Truthfully, it took me a while to get here... to understand how I was different from all the other HR Managers out there. To see what CEOs saw in me that allowed them to entrust me with their billion dollar companies and 2,000+ employees across 12 countries. 

I rose quickly within my profession and I vividly remember moving from the Caribbean to the UK and being hired by a company that had 1 black person out of over a hundred employees at the time. I remember the first meeting when I sat in that glass conference room overlooking the city and being surrounded by all white, male directors and I felt like I had a place, like I was valued and heard! -Bet you weren't expecting that huh! 

You see, I believe that operating in your genius zone allows you the opportunity to be confident because you spend your time perfecting your craft. This enables you to add such wealth to the conversation of any room you enter in.

Staying in my genius zone increased the communication and output of their programmers, sales associates and engineers without their daily presence, freeing them to expand the company's revenue! For them, speed and accuracy was an integral factor to their client acquisition and delivery.

I always use to think that my knack for identifying errors was a bad thing until i became sought after because of it.

I'm the one who's called when the team isn't working out or the information to support the team is non-existent.
